My Top 3 Priorities

  • Protecting our open space and creating affordable housing for seniors by encouraging utilization or underused parcels within the current city limits and not on our hillsides and open spaces
  • Revitalizing Thousand Oaks Boulevard while protecting small businesses and maintaining our small town charm. Keep housing density low so as not to create more traffic.
  • Bringing fiscal responsibility, accountability and transparency back to the City Council starting with our road and traffic light funds. Improve our roads and sidewalks, adjust timing of our lights ensure routine maintenance.
