Board Member (President), Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District — Appointed position (2014–current)

I am an attorney in private practice having practiced in the areas of probate, wills, trusts, and business transactions for the past 36 years.  My wife and I have lived in Beaumont for the past 14 years.  My wife and I are both college graduates and have raised three boys.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I have been honored to serve on the Board for the past 2 years having been appointed to fill the seat vacated by a prior member who moved out of the district.  For the past year I have served as the President of the Board.  During my tenure on the Board, the water rates have not increased even during the drought and the restrictions imposed by the State.  I have strived to fill the "purple pipes" in the service area with non-potable water thereby relieving our demand on the potable State Water Project water.  Water is a natural resourse that needs to be managed and balanced with the other demands of a growing community.
