My Top 3 Priorities

  • School safety. I have been adamant that all class rooms have Columbine (lock from the inside) locks on their doors. All classrooms in all schools are currently being fitted for Columbine locks.
  • Decent food in the cafeteria. Some of our students receive their only hot meal at the school cafeteria. This food should be nutritious and taste good enough to eat!
  • All students should have the best teachers. These teachers should be credentialed in the subjects they are teaching and provide instruction following the California Standards.
