  • Beautiful our city, bring neighborhood, home ownership pride back.
  • We need a balance between the cannabis law and the will of the residents.

Experience

Biography

I'm a self-created visionary leader with a diverse business background. My strong work ethic, honesty and integrity are principles I abide by. I'm an immigrant from Mexico, residing in Cathedral City for nearly forty years.

I attended College of the Desert and earned my degree.  At the age of nineteen, I became a California Real Estate agent. Shortly thereafter, a successful California Real Estate Broker. In 2002, I received my General Contractors license and I'm currently working as a builder, investor and broker. I've owned and operated Tortilla's Restaurant located in Cathedral City, since 1996.

It's now time for me to give back to my community.

  • Protecting the safety of our residents and community by maintaining a strong police and fire department.
  • Improving infrastructure, assisting underdeveloped neighborhoods by installing curbs, gutters, sidewalks and sewer systems for residents on septic tanks.
  • Cultivating a sense of neighborhood pride by cleaning up and beautifying our communities while enforcing current municipal codes.

·        Setting term limits for council members.

·        Skillfully evaluating local city issues and strongly advocating for our residents and their best interests.

·        Focusing on growth by bringing back local shopping and retail stores to our city.

It would be an honor to receive your vote.
