I have been self emplyed in Temecula since 1977 and been a resident since 1983.

I have have been a director of numerous civic and charitable organizations and am currently on the Governing Board of Temecula Valley Hospital.

My emphasis for the last 12 years has been to provide clean, safe, reliable and affordable water for all our customers.
