Linda Perry is a current member of the Alameda County Democratic Central Committee. Born in Oakland, she has lived in the East Bay her entire life. Linda is also a current delegate to the California State Democratic Party and has served on the Executive Board. 

Linda served 8 years on the San Leandro City Council and 12 years on the San Leandro School Board.She served as Vice Mayor and President of the School Board. Linda chaired the Alameda County School Boards Association; and delegate to CSBA (California School Boards Association) Assembly.  Serving on 29 different agencies, she chaired ABAG Regional Planning Committee; BCDC (Bay Conservation and Development); League of California Cities Public Works (Vice Chair) and Telecommunications (Chair) committees.
