My Top 3 Priorities

  • Strengthening public safety by ensuring our neighborhoods are adequately staffed with police & firefighters, to maintain quick response times during times of crisis and to provide more community policing.
  • Fighting for infrastructure resources to keep our streets repaired, sewer systems up-to-date, street lights illuminated and parks maintained.
  • Protecting our neighborhoods from irresponsible development that would alter or harm our community character.

Jason Paguio offers a new generation of leadership for Chula Vista. He brings a record of service, leadership, and success to the City Council.

As your next Councilmember, Jason Paguio will prioritize public safety, job growth, infrastructure, common-sense fiscal policies, and efforts to make city government more efficient.

A small business owner for over a decade, Jason created a successful manufacturing/distribution company and founded a local nonprofit. He understands the challenges facing business owners and knows what it takes to create high-paying jobs.

Jason is a committed community volunteer with experience in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. He has served on many local boards and commissions such as the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, South County Economic Development Council, Chula Vista Charitable Foundation, Chula Vista Public Library Advisory Committee, City of Chula Vista Cultural Arts Commission and many others.

Jason is trusted and endorsed by County Supervisor Greg Cox, Mayor Cheryl Cox (ret.), Mayor Shirley Horton (ret.) Deputy Mayor Steve Miesen, Councilmember Pamela Bensoussan, Councilmember John McCann and dozens of other elected officials and community leaders.
