My Top 3 Priorities

  • My focus is to build harmony among the board member, keep rates under control, support transparency, and streamline bureaucracy ..
  • I will assure that critical State of California required projects are built including safety improvements to Sweetwater Dam.
  • I will work to provide long-term maintenence and improvements to secure a healthy water system that delivers a reliable water supply for generations to come while ensuring that all improvements are justified and rate payer funds are spent wisley.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

18 years in local government: a majority spent in Water Utilities management, enterprise-wide business improvements, support of treasury operations and customer service.  My lifelong public service commitment extends to Chula Vista Parks & Recreation Commissioner; Otay Valley Regional Park – Citizen’s Advisory Committee, chair; BSA and PTA member.

An independent voice for positive change, I am running for the South Bay Irrigation District Division 2 to serve my neighbors in Southwest Chula Vista.
