  • Expand and endow our FREE community college program, the San Diego Promise, which covers fees as well as books and supplies.
  • Continue progress on addressing achievement gaps among various ethnic, socio-economic gender, age, and disability groups.
  • Secure opportunity for San Diego and all other California community college districts to offer more workforce baccalaureate degrees relevant to local community workforce needs and leading to well-paying jobs.
